A former college athlete, high school basketball coach, yoga teacher trainer turned wellness strategist. I am on a journey of a lifetime… just as you are! I spend much of my time experiencing life in real time, processing my feelings and emotions like my life depends on it…because it does. I spend time with clients who want to be WELL whether it is in their personal life, business, or in their community. I have a formal background in Education (Masters & Ed. D- Organizational Leadership), a BA in Business Finance, and a lived experience in Wellness and Spirituality. In short I train the mind, heart, and the body.

Splits Camp 3.0
Join me for my 3rd Splits Camp! In this four week program you will receive weekly live 75 minute movement practices with time for Q&A, weekly pre recorded lectures on Anatomy, Flexibility vs Mobility, Injury Prevention & Recovery, as well as a daily exercise program to integrate between the live classes.

* Not appropriate for folks with current injuries. You are welcome to join to get the resources however physical participation in the exercises is not recommended.
You will need two yoga blocks, a mat, a large resistance band or strap, and a resistance band for your thighs.
